Marketing Admin Coordinator
+ Assisting Front Line Marketing Operations with any administrative duties requested

+ Coordinate and manage tour allotments

+ Review and correct, as necessary, CMP payroll weekly

+ Approve payments and disputes on vendor invoices

+ Track and report all CMP vendor metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

+ Coordinate and manage all special events

+ Submit all premiums and new vendors to Marketing Submissions

+ Order all supplies needed for marekting department

+ Coordinate referral assignment and scheduling

+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Excellent knowledge of CRS

+ Ability to handle multi-tasks and able to meet deadlines

+ Good organizational skills and ability to keep accurate data and records

+ Great attitude and willingness to help and assist co-workers

+ Strong work ethic and integrity
