Pool and Outdoor Maintenance Technician - Wyndham Branson Meadow
**Summary**


Monitors
the pool and sundeck area. Enforce all
posted rules and regulations. Maintain
accurate records of Pool usage and chemical levels. Assist in all facility
cleanup of pool area. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Resort common
areas and guest buildings


**Essential Job Functions**


Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:



1. **Monitors thepool area with compliance to resort and local guidelines** .

2. **Maintainscleanliness of the pool area and restrooms by straightening pool furniture,Trash removal, cleaning of pool decks etc.**

3. **Trashremoval from guest building**

4. **Maintenanceof Resort common areas. To include painting of resort building andfixtures, pressure washing, maintain operation of creeks pumps andfountains, concrete repair, plumbing repair, light electrical repair.**

5. **Assistingother departments as needed.**


**Other job duties as assigned.**


**MinimumRequirements and Qualifications**


**a)** **Education**



High
School diploma or equivalent required


**b)** **Training requirements**



Basic
maintenance training 1-2 years


. Basic pool maintenance (select sites)



Water
and Outdoor Safety

Able
to communicate effectively

Ability
to demonstrate good judgment with guest and employees

**d)** **Technical Skills**



Ability
to check chemical levels in pools and spas.

or more years in a customer service environment
